Vapor Hydrogen Peroxide Sensor

Pharmaceutical Aseptic Processing

PPB level detection of residual VHP during Barrier Isolator Decontamination

PSI is developing a cost-effective <10 PPB level sensor system for monitoring pharmaceutical manufacturing barrier isolator decontamination. The novel detection system will be capable of detection over the range of <10 PPB to >1000 PPM.

Key Features

  • Large dynamic range: <10 PPB – >1000 PPM
  • Continuous unattended operation
  • No water vapor interference
  • Designed to monitor manufacturing operations with limited required user training
Pharmaceutical products manufactured and packaged in sterile (aseptic) conditions to prevent contamination and maintain quality.
