Career Paths

PSI has historically hosted ten to twenty interns at various locations during the summer months and often continued into the academic year. Interns will have the ability to gain real-world experience on important projects, working directly with employees to innovate, develop, and test solutions to real world problems. The greatest success from the internship program would be to mature interns into full time employees.

PSI is an Employee-Owned company. Of course, there are financial reasons why this matters, but to us here at PSI, those reasons are second to the added feeling of connection that the Employee-Owned brings.
