Dave Green

Dave Green - President and CEO

Dr. Green has participated in the growth of the Physical Sciences Inc. for more than 35 years. PSI performs over 250 active programs annually, conceived and implemented by an excellent staff of 135 technical professionals. He emphasizes technical excellence in staff recruiting, development and program performance.

Bill Marinelli

Bill Marinelli - Executive Vice President, Defense Systems

Bill Marinelli came to PSI from a postdoctoral position at Cornell after receiving a PhD in Physical Chemistry from UC Berkeley. He has oversight responsibility for a range of programs in the development of materials, marine, and propulsion technologies while continuing to have direct program management responsibility in the area of detection system development for CBRNE defense.

Mark Allen

Mark Allen - Executive Vice President, Applied Sciences

Mark joined PSI with a fresh PhD from Stanford in 1987 and began developing programs and products in advanced laser-based sensing. As EVP, Applied Sciences, he contributes to and manages activities ranging from discovery science in optical metamaterials to ophthalmology instrumentation production.

Steve Genestreti

Steve Genestreti - Chief Financial Officer

Steve joined PSI in 1990 with eight years of experience in high tech manufacturing and an MBA from Babson College. Steve oversees PSI’s financial and administrative management, including Finance and Accounting, Legal, Tax and Treasury functions.

Steve Davis

Steve Davis - Chief Scientist

Dr. Davis received B.S. and Ph.D degrees in physics at the University of New Hampshire, Durham, NH. Subsquently, he worked at the Air Force Research Laboratory, Albuquerque, NM where he led a research team developing novel chemical lasers. Since joining PSI in 1985, Dr. Davis has been involved in the development of optical diagnostics for combustion, environmental, and medical applications. He also has continued to develop novel laser systems and leads outreach activities for local middle school science classes.
