PSI has successfully completed over 100 R&D research programs on laser /material interactions and high energy laser weapon lethality. All aerospace targets, materials, and laser waveforms have been studied both theoretically and experimentally. PSI has an extensive data base and computational modeling capability for laser lethality along with unique experimental skills, target instrumentation, and diagnostic methods. PSI has been a leader in laser effects research for over 36 years.
