Propulsion and Energy

 

PSI is involved in the development of propulsion and energy technologies for space, high speed air vehicles, and other applications. Examples include:

1. Endothermic fuel additives that improve cracking and combustion performance of high speed air-breathing engines.

2. Multi-mode chemical-electric in-space propulsion systems

3. Extraction of mercury from coal combustion exhaust.
