High Performance Polymers

We develop polymers, formulations and processes to provide high performance materials and devices.  Our expertise includes electroactive, high strength and space durable polymers, electrospinning and inkjet printing of polymers, polymer synthesis, and coordination polymer networks.  We have developed techniques for fabrication of water purification membranes, battery separators, biodegradable microcapsules, electrochromic devices, thermal control materials, and high strength nanocomposite fibers.
