Systems Enterprise
Systems Enterprise seeks to develop
technologies in a broad range of disciplines that contribute to system
level solutions to problems of national importance. Programs range from
the development of prototype sensor systems to the establishment of
critical enabling technologies for space, terrestrial and ocean
applications. Traditional technical areas include optics, lasers,
materials, electromagnetics and fluid mechanics. Developing areas
include autonomous control, robotics, smart materials and biomimetics.
