Our programs are diverse in requirements (spectrum, material systems, and power levels).

Propulsion and Energetic Materials Scientist/Engineer

PSI - Boston, MA

Physical Sciences Inc., located just north of Boston in Andover, MA is seeking an experienced scientist/engineer to conduct research, development, testing and evaluation (RTD&E) of innovative technologies for advanced propulsion and munitions systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in propulsive technology for solid rocket motors, liquid rocket engines, or air-breathing propulsion systems. Candidates with demonstrated knowledge of energetic liquid and/or solid materials for applications in propellant formulations and/or processing scale-up are highly desired.

Scientific Programmer/Analyst

PSI - Boston, MA

Physical Sciences Inc., located just north of Boston in Andover, is looking for a scientific programmer with a strong background in physics or one of the physical sciences. Hands-on experience in the implementation of algorithms, real-time operating systems, and the control of optically-based sensor systems is highly desirable.

Senior Electrical Systems Engineer

RSI - Lanham, MD

Research Support Instruments is looking for a Senior Level Electrical Engineer with a breadth of experience in the design, development, integration, and testing of space-based electrical systems. The candidate should be a multidisciplinary individual with experience in multiple aspects of electrical systems. This position will be supporting NASA, NRL, and RSI programs performing systems concept development, design, analyses, hardware development, I&T, operations, and data analysis (complete spaceflight instrument hardware lifecycle).

Contamination Control Engineer

RSI - Lanham, MD

Research Support Instruments is looking for a scientist/engineer with a broad range of experience for the development of optical space flight instrumentation. Contamination in the form of particulates, films, or scattered light can significantly degrade instrument performance and/or lifetime. Management of the cleanliness of optical and nearby surfaces throughout the lifecycle of assembly, integration, test, launch and operations requires a system approach.

Senior Optical Engineer
