Optical Engineer

Chemist

PSI - Boston, MA

Physical Sciences Inc., located just north of Boston, in Andover, is looking for a chemical scientist to conduct research, development, test and evaluation (RDT&E) of innovative materials in an experimental work environment. Emphasis is placed on laboratory scale synthesis and pilot scale processing of ingredients and formulations for fuels, oxidizers, binders, polymers, and air-sensitive compounds.

Plasma Physicist

PSI - Boston, MA

Physical Sciences Inc., located north of Boston in Andover, MA, is seeking to employ a physical chemist or applied physicist to support expanding opportunities in programs related to fundamental characterization of optical signatures produced by rockets and hypersonic vehicles traveling at high altitudes and also testing of materials that would be exposed to chemical reactions and erosion at high altitudes. Experienced BioMedical Optics Scientist/Engineer

PSI - Boston, MA

Physical Sciences Inc., located just north of Boston in Andover, seeks a motivated, and enthusiastic Scientist/Engineer to support development of biomedical optics technologies, with an emphasis in the development of ophthalmic imaging systems. Relevant experience includes development of instruments that use optical coherence tomography, confocal microscopy, single/multi-photon excitation fluorescence spectroscopy, and Raman spectroscopy.

Optical Physicist/Photonics Engineer
