Maturing our technologies into products that we or our licensed partners can manufacture and sell directly to customers is an important part of our business. Approximately 7000 ft2 in our Andover, MA facility is dedicated to pre-production manufacturing development and ongoing production activity. Additional space in our Pleasanton, CA is also devoted to production activities that generate as much as $8M/year in product sales. Assembly and test procedures are developed in a comprehensive Manufacturing Resource Planning environment, including documentation, purchasing, and inventory control. The facilities are flexible to handle multiple product lines and operate under an ISO-9000 derived quality control system. PSI products are variously URL and CE certified, as required, for sales around the world. In 2009, PSI was named a World Class Supplier by Northrop-Grumman in recognition of our excellence in supporting a DoD ACAT-1D procurement program.
